Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at https://olympia-aussie.com, as used and accessed via Olympia (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace all prior versions.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Operator means Dama N.V., a private limited liability company registered in Curaçao under number 152125, with its registered and head office at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, holder of a gaming sublicense 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by Antillephone N.V., and any subsidiary or payment agent acting on its behalf, including Strukin Ltd (Cyprus), where applicable.
  • Site means the website operated at https://olympia-aussie.com, as referenced and reviewed via Olympia, including all pages, subdomains, content, games, software and services offered thereon.
  • Olympia means the specific project and review build associated with the domain olympia-aussie.com for players located in Australia, and does not constitute a separate legal entity.
  • Account means a personal user account registered on the Site that enables you to participate in games and related services.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses or uses the Site, with or without an Account, including prospective, active and former account holders.
  • Services means the online casino games and related services provided on the Site, including but not limited to slots, table games, live casino, and promotional activities.
  • Bet or Wager means any sum of money staked on any game or event offered on the Site, whether with deposited funds or with an eligible bonus balance.
  • Bonus means any promotional value, such as bonus money, free spins, cashback, tournament prizes, vouchers or other incentives credited to your Account under specific conditions.
  • Bonus Funds means funds credited to your Account as part of a Bonus and which may be subject to wagering and other requirements.
  • Real Money Balance means funds you have deposited into your Account and any winnings derived from such funds that are not subject to wagering requirements.
  • Wagering Requirements means the total amount you must bet using Bonus Funds and, where applicable, Real Money before Bonus Funds and related winnings become withdrawable.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means identity verification and due diligence procedures carried out by the Operator to verify your identity, age, residence, source of funds and other relevant information.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which the offering or use of online gambling services by the Operator is illegal, prohibited, blocked by regulatory authorities, or not licensed locally, including Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
  • Applicable Law means the laws and regulations governing these Terms as set out in the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section.
  • Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, governmental actions, or failures of telecommunications or third-party systems.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years of age or older than the minimum legal age for gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. You must confirm your age during registration and the Operator may request documentary proof at any time.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction. In particular, online casino services provided by offshore operators are generally prohibited in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and subject to enforcement and blocking by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). Account Creation Process

  1. Registration: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at minimum your full name, date of birth, country of residence, address, email address, chosen password and, where requested, phone number and preferred currency. You warrant that all information supplied is true, accurate and complete, and that you will keep it updated.
  2. Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to the email you provided. Until verification is completed, access to certain Services, including deposits, bonuses and withdrawals, may be restricted or denied.
  3. KYC and identity checks: At any time, particularly before processing withdrawals, high-value transactions, bonus abuse reviews or suspected fraud, the Operator may perform KYC checks. You may be asked to provide:
    • a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, driver licence);
    • proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent not older than three months);
    • proof of payment method ownership (copy of bank card, e-wallet screenshot, bank statement); and
    • information on source of funds or source of wealth when required for AML/CTF purposes.
    Pending satisfactory completion of KYC, the Operator may suspend deposits, restrict wagering and withhold withdrawals.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must provide accurate and current information, and promptly update your Account details when they change. Use of false, misleading, impersonated or third-party details is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances.
  • Single account policy: Each Player may hold only one Account on the Site. Multiple Accounts, including those created via Olympia, may be treated as "duplicate accounts" and lead to suspension or closure, cancellation of bonuses and winnings, and return of only remaining deposits at the Operator's discretion.
  • Password and security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login details, including username, password, security questions and any two-factor authentication codes, confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow others to access your Account. Any activity conducted under your credentials is deemed to be performed by you.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or that your login data has been disclosed, you must immediately change your password and notify customer support at [email protected]. The Operator is not liable for losses arising before such notification, subject to Applicable Law.
  • Use for lawful purposes only: Your Account must not be used for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or the funding of other illegal conduct. The Operator may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities and freeze or close Accounts accordingly.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game available on the Site is governed by its own specific rules and paytables published within the game interface, provided by the relevant software supplier. By placing a Bet, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, game-specific rules generally prevail for game outcomes, while these Terms prevail for contractual matters.
  • Fair play: You agree to participate in games fairly and not to manipulate or attempt to exploit loopholes, software errors, or any advantage that is not intentionally made available to Players.

Placing Bets

  1. Stake limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are determined per game and may vary by currency and game provider. These limits are displayed within the game interface. You must ensure that each Bet placed falls within those limits.
  2. Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and confirmed by the game system. The transaction record maintained by the Operator is conclusive evidence of the amount and outcome of each Bet.
  3. Use of balances: Bets are placed from your available Real Money Balance first, unless the game or Bonus terms specify otherwise, followed by eligible Bonus Funds. You are responsible for checking which balance is used for each Bet.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot generally be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by you.
  • Operator rights to void: The Operator may, at its reasonable discretion, declare a Bet or series of Bets void, partially or fully, or adjust account balances where:
    • a technical failure, malfunction or error in the game, software or communication systems occurred;
    • the Bet was accepted after a game had malfunctioned or closed in error;
    • the Bet was clearly placed at incorrect odds, paytables or parameters due to a manifest error;
    • fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct is suspected; or
    • the Player is found to be underage or in breach of these Terms.
    In such cases, the Operator may restore the Account to the state before the Bet was placed and, where appropriate, refund the original stake.

Live Casino, Chats and Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: In live casino games and any chat or interaction features, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other Players. You must not use language or content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive.
  • Prohibited actions: You must not:
    • harass, insult or bully dealers or other Players;
    • advertise or promote other websites, products or services;
    • share personal or confidential information of others without consent; or
    • attempt to collude, signal or coordinate outcomes in live dealer games.
  • Moderation: The Operator and its service providers may monitor and record live chats, remove inappropriate content, mute or exclude Users from chat, or suspend Accounts for breaches of conduct rules without prior notice.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Separate terms: All Bonuses and promotions offered via olympia-aussie.com, including those referenced on Olympia, are governed by these general Bonus Terms and any specific promotional terms published on the Site (together, "Bonus Rules"). In case of conflict, specific promotional terms prevail over this section.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are typically offered to newly registered Players or existing Players meeting certain criteria (e.g. minimum deposit). The Operator may restrict eligibility based on country of residence, payment method, account history or other risk factors.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  1. Activation: To activate a deposit Bonus, you may be required to:
    • enter a bonus code during deposit; and/or
    • select the Bonus in the cashier or promo section.
    • If activation steps are not followed, the Bonus may not be credited.
  2. Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of a multiple of the Bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both (for example, 40x the Bonus). The exact multiple, eligible games and any caps will be stated in the relevant promotional description.
  3. Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion (for example, within 7 - 30 days from crediting). Any remaining Bonus Funds and derived winnings not meeting wagering requirements within the timeframe may be forfeited. For promotions active into 2026, all timeframes will be calculated from the date of crediting but will not extend beyond 31 December 2026 unless explicitly stated.
  4. Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Commonly:
    • most video slots: 100% contribution;
    • table games, video poker, live casino: 0 - 10% contribution or excluded;
    • certain slots or jackpot games: 0% contribution or prohibited.
    The Operator will provide an updated list of excluded or reduced-contribution games on the Site.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Bonus abuse: The following, without limitation, may be deemed Bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of Bonuses, confiscation of Bonus-derived winnings and, in serious or repeated cases, Account closure:
    • using multiple Accounts to receive the same Bonus more than once;
    • colluding with other Players to maximise bonus value or hedge bets;
    • placing minimal-risk or zero-risk Bets (e.g. betting on both red and black, or covering most roulette numbers) to meet wagering;
    • substantially increasing Bet size after a large win while wagering a Bonus;
    • using strategies aimed at artificially extending gameplay for wagering completion (e.g. "low-risk grinding" on low-volatility games only);
    • depositing via methods that are excluded from Bonus eligibility (where specified) and still claiming the Bonus.
  • Maximum bet when wagering: The Operator may cap the maximum allowed Bet per spin/round while wagering a Bonus (for example, AUD 7.5 or equivalent). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and related winnings.

Combining Promotions

  • One active Bonus rule: Unless otherwise stated, only one active Bonus may be in play at any time. You may not combine multiple welcome, reload, cashback or other promotions in respect of the same deposit or wagering activity.
  • Order of application: If you have several pending promotions, the Operator will apply them in the order specified in the promotional rules, or otherwise in its reasonable discretion.
  • Cancellation by User: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus via your Account interface or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be removed, while your Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus-derived amounts) will remain.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Methods: The Site may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers and, where offered, cryptocurrencies. Specific methods available to you depend on your location, payment provider policies and internal risk criteria. Strukin Ltd (Cyprus) or other authorised agents may process payments on behalf of Dama N.V.
  • Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per period (daily, weekly, monthly) are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may adjust limits for individual Players based on account history, risk assessment or regulatory requirements.
  • Fees: The Operator generally does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply their own charges or currency conversion fees, for which the Operator is not responsible.
  • Availability of funds: Deposited funds are normally credited to your Account promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. In some cases, delays beyond the Operator's control may occur.

Withdrawals

  1. Eligibility and verification: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require full KYC verification and, where relevant, additional AML/CTF checks. Failure to provide requested documents to the Operator's satisfaction may result in delayed, limited or refused withdrawals.
  2. Methods and "return to source": Where possible, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposit (return to source). If that is not possible, an alternative method in your name may be offered. Certain methods, including some cryptocurrencies or vouchers, may have specific withdrawal limitations.
  3. Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame, typically within 24 - 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Additional time may be required for security checks, KYC reviews, or technical or banking delays. Total receipt time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  4. Limits and instalments: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period, published in the cashier. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments over several periods, subject to the Operator's internal policies and Applicable Law.
  5. Fees: Reasonable processing fees may be charged for withdrawals in specific currencies or via particular methods, or for multiple withdrawal requests within a short timeframe. Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier or at the point of request.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Adjustments

  • Refund policy: Bets placed and completed are final and cannot be reversed, except in the case of technical errors or malfunctions as determined by the Operator. Refunds of deposits may be considered exceptionally at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to detailed review and only where no breach of these Terms has occurred.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute or reversal of a payment without a valid reason acceptable to the Operator may result in:
    • immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
    • recovery of outstanding amounts owed to the Operator;
    • reporting of your details to payment processors, financial institutions and relevant authorities; and
    • forfeiture of winnings and Bonus Funds.
  • Bonus corrections: If a Bonus, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credit is applied in error or contrary to these Terms, the Operator may remove or adjust the Bonus and any associated winnings from your Account, provided that such adjustment is reasonable and, where required by law, clearly communicated.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and accuracy: The Operator undertakes to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, ensuring that:
    • games are operated according to their published rules and paytables;
    • random number generators and game outcomes are determined fairly, based on certified software supplied (e.g. SoftSwiss platform with ISO 27001 certification for information security management held by the platform provider); and
    • Account balances and transaction histories are recorded accurately on the Operator's servers.
  • Security: The Operator employs reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data and funds, consistent with its licensing and industry standards.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience resulting from:
    • interruptions, delays or unavailability of the Site due to maintenance, upgrades or network failures;
    • technical malfunctions of games, software or hardware beyond the Operator's reasonable control; or
    • errors or omissions in data transmitted via the internet or other communication networks.
  • Third-party actions: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including internet service providers, telecommunications operators, payment providers, software suppliers and regulatory authorities (such as ACMA's ISP blocking of offshore gambling services in Australia).
  • Maximum compensation: To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services is limited to the lesser of:
    • the amount you staked in the Bet or game related to the claim; or
    • the net amount of deposits you made into your Account over the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Excluded damages: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in this section excludes or limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law that may mandatorily apply to you, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees. In case of conflict, such mandatory rights prevail.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and Services are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, or licensors (including game providers and the SoftSwiss platform), and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, design and other applicable laws.

  • Protected content: This includes, without limitation, all software, source code, game titles, graphics, animations, audio, video, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, databases and layout/design of the Site, including any content relating specifically to the Olympia brand on olympia-aussie.com and referenced by Olympia.
  • Permitted use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited acts: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any part of the Site or software, except where such activities cannot be restricted under Applicable Law;
    • distribute, transmit, publish, display or otherwise make available to the public any content from the Site;
    • use any automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access, collect or index content or data from the Site; or
    • use the Operator's trademarks, trade names, logos or brand elements (including "Olympia" and any related marks) in any unauthorized manner.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, used, stored and otherwise processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and available on the Site.

  • Reference to Privacy Policy: By using the Site or creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein, including cross-border transfers where lawful and necessary (for example, between Curaçao and other jurisdictions involved in payment processing).
  • Data accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. You may exercise your data protection rights as specified in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may update or modify these Terms, including any referenced policies and Bonus Rules, from time to time, for reasons including legal or regulatory changes, improvements to the Services, or security and risk management considerations.
  • Notification: Where material changes are made, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify Users, which may include:
    • posting an updated version of the Terms on the Site with a revised "effective date"; and/or
    • displaying an in-site banner, pop-up notice or similar message upon login; and/or
    • sending an email to the address registered with your Account.
  • Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Termination & Suspension section.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by User

  • Closing your account: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Subject to completion of any pending investigations and compliance checks, the Operator will close your Account within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refund of funds: Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings that are subject to wagering or otherwise not yet withdrawable) will be returned to you, provided that:
    • your identity has been satisfactorily verified; and
    • no breach of these Terms or Applicable Law is suspected.

Suspension and Termination by Operator

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or confiscate funds, cancel Bets and Bonuses, and/or restrict access to the Site in whole or in part where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
    • you have breached any provision of these Terms, including Bonus Terms or game rules;
    • you have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete KYC processes;
    • you are underage or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including Australia, where local law prohibits such services;
    • you have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing, abuse of chargebacks or other illegal or improper activities; or
    • you are otherwise misusing the Services or causing operational or reputational risk to the Operator.
  • Procedure and notification: Where legally permissible and commercially reasonable, the Operator will notify you of the suspension or closure and the reasons for it, using your registered email address. However, in some cases (e.g. regulatory or law enforcement requests), prior notification may be prohibited or impractical.
  • Funds on termination: In cases of termination due to breach of these Terms, the Operator may:
    • refund part or all of your remaining Real Money Balance, less any costs or losses incurred; or
    • confiscate funds (including winnings) related to the breach, in serious cases of fraud, AML/CTF violations or Bonus abuse, as permitted by Applicable Law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governing law: These Terms, your Account and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site and Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless mandatory laws of your country of habitual residence provide otherwise and cannot be excluded.
  • Primary forum: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have in your local jurisdiction, you agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity or termination, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
  • Alternative dispute resolution: Where feasible and available, the Operator may offer or participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes, such as mediation or arbitration, but is not obliged to do so unless required by Applicable Law or licensing conditions.
  • Australian regulatory note: If you are located in Australia, you acknowledge that:
    • the Operator is not licensed by any Australian authority and operates under Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by Antillephone N.V.;
    • ACMA may request ISP-level blocking of offshore gambling domains operated by Dama N.V.; and
    • you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with Australian law, including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
